AIS Survivex is currently looking to recruit a Project Manager on a permanent or temporary contract in Newcastle, UK.

The Role
Duties and Responsibilities
– Direct report to Project Sponsor
– Day to day lead on all internal and external management of key project deliverables, including third party stakeholder management
– Maintenance of detailed project plan including but not limited to the following:
- Working with Sword / Codify to ensure delivery against scope and agreed timelines
- Clear identification of workstreams by critical platform / delivery system, highlighting interdependencies and pre-requisites for specific workstreams.
- Continuous review of technical requirements and system architecture designs to ensure delivery follows agreed concepts and milestones
- Day to day liaison with Transform delivery team to understand and manage third part interactions and dependencies
- Ensuring Project timeline highlights specific conflicts between internal departments, customer experience and third party deliverables
- Management of lead into ‘go-live’ date, including oversight and co-ordination of appropriate training, redundancies and critical decision path to Day1
- Incorporation of data migration and sanitisation workstreams into project plan
- Weekly reporting responsibility to Project Sponsor and Group CTO against agreed project plan, including delivery timetable, budget and key issues;
- Monthly reporting to VP of Training, GM’s and Head of Sales (AIS-SVX) to align delivery with business needs and resourcing
- Provision of data, reports and progress updates to support Project Sponsor in monthly report to select SLT group monitoring overall project.

Key Skill Requirements;
- Experience delivering multi-layered technical projects in high volume, retail environment
- Relevant project management qualification and/or track-record of multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills, using standard Microsoft platforms (powerpoint, PowerBI, excel, word etc)
- Good understanding of technical platforms and technology being deployed – Direct coding or tech delivery experience not required but strong understanding essential
- High degree of organisational skills with deep experience of managing multiple stakeholders in a high pressure environment
- Comfortable presenting to multiple and varied audiences
Desirable but not essential;
- Experience in project cost management and reporting versus budget
- Familiarity with Sage accountancy platform
- Track-record of after project management, including snagging, optimisation and review to develop upgrade plan and product roadmap
- Experience in delivering programme of efficiencies and automation once initial project completed
