AIS Survivex is currently looking to recruit a Planning Coordinator on an initial 12-month temporary contract located in Newcastle, UK.

The Role
The planning coordinator will be responsible for all reactive day to day planning activities associated with the smooth and efficient operation of the England training division. This will include the daily planning requirements of courses both on-site and off-site along with the effective utilisation of both facilities and resources.
Finance Responsibilities:
- Managing the day to day email enquiries relating to planning
- Assist with all requests for training – coordinating all instructors, facilities and equipment
- Scheduling of all course dates inc advance schedule & reactive planning to meet demand
- Participate in planning meetings to understand longer term requirements, targets, growth areas while also maintaining high instructor / facility efficiencies
- Manage classroom planner
- Coordinate external instructors and assessors to ensure we are able to meet delivery demands, raising PO’s and checking invoices as necessary
- Liaise with other UK centres to coordinate booking of instructors, equipment and facilities
- Coordinate all off-site travel & accommodation for delivery team
- Check and confirm instructor overtime for payroll purposes
- Scheduling instructor development as directed by Operations
- All associated reporting and administrative support
