Digital Training Delivery Manager


AIS Survivex is currently looking to recruit a Digital Training Delivery Manager on a permanent contract located in Dyce, Aberdeen, UK.

The Role

You will take principal responsibility for the transformational digitisation of course content and learner engagement. You will be the main focal point for delivering AIS Survivex and 3t Energy Group vision of embedding technology throughout course delivery.

Trainer Delivery and Competency:

  • Support Team Leads with structured programs for development of trainer competency
  • Develop new training techniques
  • Participant in trainer assessments
  • Provide delivery trainer feedback and assist with personal development plans
  • Develop systems designed for trainers’ use to aid in their development

Learner Engagement:

  • Design and plan classroom layouts to maximum learning experience
  • Develop skills coach philosophy
  • Utilise technology to aid engagement using Company and 3rd party technology (R3, VR, AR, etc)
  • Monitor delegate and program feedback tools to increase feedback

Course Material and Lesson Plans:

  • Digital adoption of course material
  • Pre, On and Post (POP) course training/assessment design
  • Implement technology in lesson plans (simulation, VR AR, etc)
  • Train staff on digital tools for use in teaching

Project Management:

  • Provide project management tools for project work
  • Track projects for bespoke technical training and competence projects as required

Additional Duties:

  • Provide any support as required for bespoke technical training and competence projects
  • Lead and guide the Training Designer
  • Undertake any reasonable additional duties as requested
