Data Quality Coordinator / Internal Auditor

AIS Survivex is currently looking to recruit a Data Quality Coordinator / Internal Auditor on a permanent contract located in Newcastle, UK.

The Role

To work alongside the Project Manager – Systems & Improvements to review functions within the business to identify gaps and improvement areas. Supporting with various improvement projects and workstreams implementing agreed improvements that reduce cost, increase performance and improve overall efficiencies throughout the business.

Finance Responsibilities

  • Responsible for system set up of all new clients accurately and within 24 hours of request
  • Conduct monthly internal audits on the following key system inputs (Pricing; Customer data; Course data; PO management)
  • Monitor and report on continuous improvements arising from credit notes raised
  • Responsible for processes related to onboarding of contracted Clients, including but not limited to, inputting of client specific pricing, obtaining and managing Client PO’s and requirements relating to recharging.
  • Work with the wider contracted client Account Managers to ensure client specific procedures are up to date and reviewed with key contracted clients annually (TMS and TAS)

Training/General Operations Responsibilities

  • Course Master – responsible for inputting all new course information into the master course directory ensuring all courses have been set up correctly
  • Regular quality checks and data cleanses on data within the training systems to remove duplicates and identify process improvements
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the business to produce joint recommendations that work for all personnel.
  • Carry out ad hoc data entry & analysis tasks for key projects within the business
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements to systems and processes
  • Maintain the integrity of the data within the training systems

  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Experience of working with large databases
  • Internal Auditor qualification (preferred not essential)
