bp approached us to create a bespoke training programme for the Operations and Maintenance technicians for the Greater Tortue Ahmeyim project, a multi-billion-dollar gas producing asset based off the coast of Mauritania and Senegal.
For this major infrastructure project, and incorporating an FPSO, FLNG and Offshore Hub, they needed 3t Energy Group to develop a training and induction programme for onboarding their new technicians before their five-hectare FPSO was even built.
